Privacy Policy

This policy covers bolivarhrconsulting.com, operated by Bolivar HR Consulting LLC, 21 Central Ave, West Orange, NJ 07052. It explains what the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

It covers the website only. Information handled under a consulting engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

The website collects nothing until you choose to send it. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the company name if you give one, what you would like to discuss, and any message you write. When you sign up for email updates we receive your email address.

With either form we also record the date and time, the page you submitted from, the language the page was in, and the IP address the submission came from. The IP address is kept for one reason: it is part of the record showing that you agreed to be contacted.

We use your enquiry to answer your enquiry. Someone from Bolivar HR reads it and replies, by phone, text message or email, using the details you gave and in line with the permission you granted when you submitted it.

If you ticked the box asking for email updates, or signed up in the footer, we also add your email address to that list. Those are separate choices. Asking a question does not sign you up for anything, and you can leave the list from any message we send.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Both forms ask for permission in plain words rather than burying it. Nothing is ticked for you. The exact sentence you agreed to is stored with your entry, alongside the date, so there is a truthful record of what you actually consented to rather than a summary of it.

The wording currently in use is:

• I agree that Bolivar HR Consulting LLC may contact me about this enquiry by phone, text message and email using the details above. Message and data rates may apply and I can reply STOP at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Also send me Bolivar HR Consulting LLC's email updates on HR compliance and workforce issues. I can unsubscribe at any time.
• By signing up I agree to receive Bolivar HR Consulting LLC's email newsletter and understand I can unsubscribe from any message.

Form entries are written to this website’s own database on our hosting, and a copy is sent to us by email so an enquiry is not missed. Access is limited to Bolivar HR staff and to the firm that maintains this website on our behalf.

We keep enquiry records for two years from your last contact with us, then delete them. Email-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

These pages set no advertising cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing here follows you to another website.

Your browser stores two small preferences on your own device so the site behaves sensibly on a second visit: whether you have already seen the opening screen, and whether you chose English or Spanish. Neither leaves your device and neither identifies you.

The map on the Contact page loads its imagery from OpenFreeMap, an outside map service. Like any request to another website, that request tells them your IP address. If you would rather not, the Contact page works without scrolling to the map, and our address is written out in the footer of every page.

Some pages link out, including to government sources such as USCIS. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s website under their policy, not this one.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us and we will handle it.

Email is the fastest route. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you any differently for asking.

This is a website for employers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. This version is effective August 11, 2026.
