The Bolivar HR Statement of Capability
Bolivar Consulting LC provides human resource consulting services to clients throughout the United States who seek expertise in all aspects of the HR spectrum. We often act as vour “off-site” HR Department, providing daily guidance on everything from payroll issues to questions regarding regulatory matters and compliance concerns to assisting in disciplinary matters and hiring and dismissal of employees. We have conducted over three hundred confidential employment investigations for our clients to ensure proper response to any employment issue which a rises. Our investigation of workplace incidents is often completed with the assistance of top Human Resource attorneys.
Many of our clients have diverse needs including offices overseas or employees working in the United States who have re-located or are temporarily working in the United States. Our clients range from industrial warehouse and construction firms to law firms, insurance agencies and high-level consulting concerns, all of whom see the need for “outsourcing” the essential HR component of the workplace in order to focus on their core businesses.
