Our Legal Team

Employment questions rarely stay HR questions. Bolivar HR clients reach experienced employment counsel through our network of firms, at rates negotiated on their behalf.

Most of what an employer needs from Bolivar HR is HR work: an audit, a handbook, a difficult conversation handled properly the first time. Some of it is not. When a matter needs a lawyer it usually needs one quickly, and finding the right one under that kind of pressure is its own problem.

So we keep a network of established employment law firms and introduce our clients directly. It is one of the reasons employers use us as a single point of contact for the whole of their workforce: the HR and the counsel behind it sit in one relationship rather than two.

  • One relationship, not two

The firms we work with already know how your business runs, because we are handling the HR alongside them. Nothing has to be explained from the beginning, and there is no gap between the advice you are given and the way it is carried out.

  • Rates negotiated for our clients

We agree terms with the firms in our network on behalf of the employers we work with, below what the same firms quote a business approaching them directly. You are told the rate before any work begins.

  • Counsel when it is actually needed

A separation that turns into a claim, a restrictive covenant, a wage and hour exposure, an agency charge. Most matters never reach that point, and a good part of our work is making sure they do not.

Firm names, practice areas and the current rate schedule are available on request, and this page will carry them as the network is published. To ask what is available for a matter you are dealing with now, call +1 (201) 400-2283 or use the enquiry form.

Bolivar HR Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. Each firm in our network is independent and is engaged directly by the client under its own engagement letter.
